Trägerchassis: Average temperature
The average temperature result shows the average mass temperature. The results for the melt temperature
derive primarily from the thickness of the part, which is shown at the end of filling.
The temperature of the polymer melt will not only change in response to time and location, but also in
response to thickness throughout the injection molding cycle. It is difficult to represent all of these changes in
a single display. Instead, the average temperature is used to indicate the weight on the thickness. The
average temperature represents the energy that is transported through a certain place at a certain time.
